Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Monitor sales floor activities, ensuring excellent customer service and engagement.
- Oversee product displays, inventory levels, and ensure merchandising standards are upheld.
- Resolve customer issues and support team members in complex situations.
- Assist in achieving store targets and KPIs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous retail or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
