To liaise with the capturing department, suppliers and divisions and to be available when queries arise. Follow up with suppliers if there are any changes with their bank details. Resolve internal and external queries, download system claims and make it availble to suppliers. You will be responsible for your own set of suppliers.

Qualifications
Essential:
•Grade 12 Essential
•Tertiary Education in Accounting or Administration advantageous
Experience
Essential:
•5 years Creditors experience
•Experience working with SAP Financ
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
• SAP Finance knowledge
• Knowledge of documents involved in the creditors’ environment, e.g. statements, invoices, EFT’s remittances, etc.
• Understanding of procedures and risks related to payment processes
• Understanding the process of reconciling acounts
• Interpret statements
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in a team
