Introduction
Our client has an opening for an qualified Griller at their Boutique Game Lodge & Spa.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled dishes in a well established 5 star lodge.
- Main duty will be to operate the grill and ensure that all grilled items are cooked to perfection while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Will work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of grilled items to customers.
- Additionally, it will be expected to adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience as a qualified Griller in 5 star lodge.
Package & Remuneration
R7 000 to R9 000 including 3 meals per day per month
