The purpose of the Retail Specialist role is to drive retail success by leveraging baking and product development knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends, and understanding restaurant dynamics. Responsibilities include crafting and executing effective marketing campaigns, managing projects and budgets, optimizing merchandising displays, and training staff on new products. Ultimately, the Retail Specialist contributes to sales growth and customer satisfaction while aligning with evolving consumer preferences and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and experience in relevant field
Experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, baking or related fields.
