Introduction

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional male waiters to join our prestigious team in Sandton. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and possess at least one year of hotel experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide impeccable customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with utmost professionalism
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a waiter in a reputable hotel environment
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to work
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness, particularly in handling cash transactions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
