Job<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To repair, service and maintain all Value vehicles as per job card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate\/check the vehicle for general defects before doing any repairs<\/li>\n<li>Write a technical report on the scope of repairs required to repair vehicle<\/li>\n<li>List spare parts needed to repair vehicle<\/li>\n<li>Strip components of vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Clean and assess parts for ware and damages<\/li>\n<li>Sign for spare parts received as requested<\/li>\n<li>Assemble stripped-down components with newly used parts<\/li>\n<li>Identify systems on components failure, discuss with Workshop Foreman and record findings on the job card<\/li>\n<li>List all tasks performed on the vehicle on the job card, the spares used and the time taken to complete each task<\/li>\n<li>Service and repair vehicle to OE specifications and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Perform standby\/breakdown after-hour duty<\/li>\n<li>Maintain acceptable productivity and efficiency levels<\/li>\n<li>Report unsafe working conditions\/equipment to Team Leaders\/Workshop Foreman<\/li>\n<li>Assist in relevant operations\/operational functions as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional conduct<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the dress code is per company Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain housekeeping standards daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Skills Required<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to apply basic Health and Safety procedures relevant to own work functions under direct supervision<\/li>\n<li>Able to identify hazards and handle them with direct instructions\/guidance in place<\/li>\n<li>Able to identify and select relevant material and equipment needed<\/li>\n<li>Able to solve maintenance problems independently<\/li>\n<li>Able to administer the administration control, record keeping and reporting of
