Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"listing-content-provider-15mhjzh at-section-text-description-content listingContentBrandingColor\" data-genesis-element=\"CARD_CONTENT\" data-at=\"section-text-description-content\">\n<p>Key result areas will include:<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring take-on training is done, which will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all new employees have successfully completed full Induction training.<\/li>\n<li>Submitting training documents to Compliance Officer<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring full attendance registers for all training are kept (filed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Facilitating proactive training to build pool reserve, which will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working together with relevant CLO\u2019s to arrange proactive training sessions \u2013 during which the Training Officer will be responsible for training and the CLO for completion of application documents.<\/li>\n<li>All induction training renewals are booked \u2013 a log is given to CLO\u2019s on a weekly basis of employees requiring renewal.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive training environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of established testing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-EHOje jWEhHL\">\n<div class=\"listing-content-provider-1f5nkc7 at-section-text-profile \" data-genesis-element=\"BASE\" data-at=\"section-text-profile\">\n<article class=\"listing-content-provider-1i9xmih\" data-genesis-element=\"CARD\" data-at=\"not-rebranded-version\">\n<div class=\"listing-content-provider-140mgde\" data-genesis-element=\"CARD_HEADER_CONTAINER\">\n<div class=\"listing-content-provider-12jupih\" data-genesis-element=\"MEDIA-BODY\">\n<div class=\"listing-content-provider-lgbo0i\" data-genesis-element=\"BASE\">\n<h4 class=\"listing-content-provider-o5dplb listingHeaderColor\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\" data-at=\"section-heading\">Desired Experience &amp;
