This role is pivotal in building trust and loyalty with one of\u00a0our biggest clients.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Driver Performance:\u00a0<\/strong>Oversee driver performance metrics and identify opportunities for\u00a0improvement. Collaborate with underperforming Independent Contractors to craft actio\u00a0plans for improvement, while duly recognising and rewarding top-performing drivers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Guarantee that drivers meet all quality prerequisites, conducting periodic\u00a0assessments of drivers in the field and escalating where compliance is not met.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting:\u00a0<\/strong>Generate regular reports on Independent Contractor performance and KPIs.\u00a0Utilise data-driven insights to propose enhancements for Independent Contractor\u00a0performance and ratings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Driver Supply:\u00a0<\/strong>Daily driver attendance reporting and tracking to ensure SLA is met and\u00a0coverage is maintained.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relationship Building:<\/strong>\u00a0Build strong relationships with the Plus Legend network as well\u00a0as client Store Managers and Supervisors to promote a positive working environment\u00a0between both parties.
