stress, angry callers, and upset customers<\/li>\n<li>Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller<\/li>\n<li>Answer calls professionally<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Enter customer information and update<\/li>\n<li>Process Orders accurately<\/li>\n<li>Identify and escalate priority issues<\/li>\n<li>Sell to Customers<\/li>\n<li>Route calls to appropriate resources<\/li>\n<li>Follow up customer calls where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Complete attendance registers<\/li>\n<li>Meets commitments to customers<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"h5-responsive font-weight-bolder\">Job Requirements<\/h5>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Must be bilingual, with fluency in Amharic and English<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Foreign Languages i.e. Somalian, Bangladesh and Pakistan will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>6 months Call Centre Experience will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Attributes<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be able to listen to the customer\u2019s query and respond adequately<\/li>\n<li>Perfect telephone etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle irate customers<\/li>\n<li>Able to multitask<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a \n<script async
