interventions<\/p>\n<p>Contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plans and 3-5 year strategic plans.<\/p>\n<p>Execution of strong Flash plans across different channels, for different audiences and in line with different product\/service categories.<\/p>\n<p><b>Campaign Design and Management<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Develop &amp; launch brand campaigns, in line with strategy and brand vision.<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement content strategies for your product\/service brand<\/p>\n<p>Drive brand consistency and overall brand awareness across all campaigns, channels and to all relevant target audiences<\/p>\n<p>Write effective strategic and creative briefs, guide creative development process and evaluate creative work against the brand strategy and brief.<\/p>\n<p>Develop strong, clear campaign messaging that encourages the desired behaviour change.<\/p>\n<p><script async negotiate, select and manage outside resources necessary to execute the marketing plan where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Accountable for budget management and the delivery of KPIs and agreed targets.<\/p>\n<p><b>Market Research and Analysis<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Analyse sales and market data to understand impact of campaigns on brand sales and help identify untapped opportunities for new product launches.<\/p>\n<p>Gain\/obtain customer and product usage insights, identify new opportunities, build relevant customer personas through research, surveys and interviews.<\/p>\n<p>Partake in regular field visits to meet customers.<\/p>\n<p>Draw on sound market intel &amp; competitor knowledge to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisions for marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Drive and partake in any consumer research initiatives aimed at getting a more thorough understanding of who your customers are.<\/p>\n<p><b>Stakeholder Management<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ongoing communication and presentations on campaigns and tactics to both internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with the marketing Manager, creative studio, digital marketing team and 3rd party agencies to create and implement all aspects of the annual marketing plans across the group.<\/p>\n<p>Lead and manage junior brand manager\/s where relevant<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"h5-responsive font-weight-bolder\">Job Requirements<\/h5>\n<p><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Relevant degree\/tertiary education e.g. BCOM Marketing<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 4 \u2013 6 years Brand Management experience required<\/p>\n<p>Must have experience in any of these areas: Content marketing and B2B Partnerships<\/p>\n<p><script async
