data-genesis-element=\"CARD_CONTENT\" data-at=\"section-text-description-content\">\n<p><strong>Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding products, and provide product information and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Actively and consistently implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase UPT, ATV, Conversion and Turnover.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and promote all payment methods including PAYFLEX, PJN, Happy Pay<\/li>\n<li>Representing the brand, adhering to uniform policy and grooming standards, presentable and professional on the sales floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visual Merchandising<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of products and placement, including materials, care instructions and pricing to effectively assist customers<\/li>\n<li>Steam, tag, price, hang, fold, replenish product and optimize space<\/li>\n<li>Understand and follow VM guidelines and practices to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stock Control<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and assist with replenishing walls and tables<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness ensuring products is placed in the correct categories and easily accessible to expedite the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Actively inform managers on stock levels, sell outs, best sellers and any other stock requirements<\/li>\n<li>Receive and unbox product timeously when delivered, actively replenish on a daily, weekly and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daily Operations and Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently follow and adhere to time and attendance requirements and procedures, clock in and out, report late coming and adhere to roster<\/li>\n<li>Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system, cash handling, variance schedule updated, credit\/debit card and payment methods<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise, sweeping floors, cleaning displays and surfaces
