the Sales Team!<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the role will be &#8211;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be the principal point of contact between the Company, its agents, and its customers.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that current customers have the right products, the correct forward share and visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (Matric).<\/li>\n<li>BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><strong>EXPERIENCE:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience (minimum of two year\u2019s) as a Sales Representative.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license is mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><strong>KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of CRM systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><strong>SKILLS REQUIRED:<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently &#8211; on own or as part of a team, in a highly pressurised environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><em>1. Customer Relationships<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Complete weekly call cycles at relevant retail stores (PnP, Shoprite, Spar etc.) 10 to 15 calls per day.<\/li>\n<li>Grow and maintain a customer database by building sound relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seek new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Present, promote and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><em>2. Sales Targets<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><em>3. Monthly Reporting<br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit monthly reports (performance and competitors in our landscape).<\/li>\n<li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"listing-content-provider-g98i95\" data-genesis-element=\"TEXT\"><em>4.
