class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Risk assessment to be filled in and singed before any job is carried out<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Grease all bearings according to prescribed greasing schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Check all gearbox oil levels, report any potential failures on gearboxes, V-belts, motors and bearings<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Check that all required pumps around the mine are working<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Check dam levels and ensure that water samples are taken<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">If dams are full and water samples water test are in allowable level, ensure you open valve to release water into catchment area<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Check all dust suppression dams for correct water levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Installation of pipes and pump guards<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Adhere to all safety rules at all times and follow proper lockout procedure<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Assist in daily plant maintenance<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Participate in good housekeeping,
