Capture the required information in SAP. Capture GRN number on D\/Note<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">If items are in stock, allocate a Material code number to each stock item and bin location<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Place stock items in the appropriate bins provided in the store<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">File the delivery notes<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">All receipts are to be done within the same time of receiving goods. All queries are to be brought to the Supervisor immediately<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Spares to be issued only with a reservation or work order<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Ensure that items taken are reflected on reservation, correct material code, quantity and approved by<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">No reservation no item leaves the warehouse<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">After-hours issues to be followed up on the daily tracker if a reservation was created or not.
