If you have not received an invitation to attend an interview by 28\/02\/2025, please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>Specific Role Responsibilities<br \/>\nSpecifications for these positions will be discussed if a candidate is invited for an interview.<\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities of a Creditors Clerk include the following tasks:<\/p>\n<p>Invoice capturing, payment allocations, expense allocation to correct GL accounts.<br \/>\nProcess incoming purchase order requests.<br \/>\nPrint proof of payments and match open items in order system.<br \/>\nDealing with supplier queries.<br \/>\nReconciliations to creditors\u2019 statements.<br \/>\nPreparation of creditors for payment, timeously.<br \/>\nMaintaining a current age analysis.<br \/>\nMake sure that orders are kept up to date.<br \/>\nValidation of sign off on orders prior to payments.<br \/>\nMake sure the order is for correct cost centre.<br \/>\nMake sure that the correct cost centres are used when processing.<br \/>\nElectronic and manual supplier filing system is accurate and up to date.<br \/>\nVendor documents and applications are relevant and up to date.<br \/>\nLiaising with branch managers for authorisation as required.<br \/>\nEnsuring all refunds are authorised and paid in a timely manner.<br \/>\nHandling Intercompany Creditor accounts.<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<br \/>\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience needed:<br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-format=\"autorelaxed\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"5167572988\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nMatric<br \/>\nA minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Creditors Clerk role in the Motor Industry.<br \/>\nExperience with the in-house system (Evolve) is advantageous.<br \/>\nSkills and Personal Attributes<br \/>\nMinimum requirement:<\/p>\n<p>Computer literacy is essential<br \/>\nMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br \/>\nCustomer and team orientation<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motus.erecruit.co\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/MOT250219-11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply Here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Closing Date 2025\/02\/25 Reference Number MOT250219-11 Job Title: Administrator: Creditors &#8211;
