Do you meet the minimum and competency requirements of the role?<br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-format=\"autorelaxed\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"5167572988\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Position Overview<br \/>\nThe purpose of this position is deliver efficient, friendly customer service; and to ensure that every renter receives a vehicle on time, that meets our quality and safety standards.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Specific Role Responsibilities<br \/>\nJob Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cleaning of vehicle interior and exterior to our high standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Vehicle quality control, including identification and reporting of expired license vehicles and any other issue that does not conform to our quality standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Refueling vehicles, checking tyre pressure and oil\/water\/other fluids after every rental.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Delivering vehicles to customers in accordance with our procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Handling vehicle check-ins in accordance with company, quality control and claims procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintaining cleanliness of yard and other surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintaining the integrity of the company by behaving ethically and safeguarding the assets and interests of both the business and our customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Other duties on request.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<br \/>\nMinimum Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2 years relevant driving experience<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 NQF Level 4(Grade 12 or equivalent)<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver\u2019s license (at least 2 years old)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Computer literate (basic level will suffice)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Able to read a map.<\/p>\n<p>Essential to Note: The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime\/shifts\/weekends when required.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Personal Attributes<br \/>\nCompetencies:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communication skills (comfortably conversant in English\/ read &amp; write)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good interpersonal skills to support excellent face-to-face customer relations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must be able to handle pressure and exhibit good time management skills, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A team player.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Committed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Professional is all aspects of conduct, grooming (neat and presentable).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Highly resilient in the face of adversity, long hours, customer conflict etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Energetic, self-motivated<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Flexible \u2013 over peak periods, things can change minute by minute.
