The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems while complying with industry standards and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary\/ablution facilities, hot water geysers and water fountains.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and faulty pipes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and perform preventive maintenance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Repair or replace defective pipes, valves, taps, geysers, toilets, and other plumbing components.<br \/>\n\u2022 Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans to determine plumbing layouts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Install and maintain geysers, boilers, and hot water systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure all connections meet regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep records of all plumbing maintenance and repairs performed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Trade Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Familiarity with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment effectively.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Physically fit and able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and heights.<br \/>\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license (advantageous but not mandatory).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp;
