The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in masonry, roofing, plastering, painting, tiling, concrete work, and general building maintenance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including masonry, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and tiling.<br \/>\n\u2022 Repair and maintain concrete structures, floors, walls, and roofs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct paving and minor road maintenance work.<br \/>\n\u2022 Install and repair doors, windows, ceilings, and partitions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in carpentry, plumbing, and other minor building-related work as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Inspect and troubleshoot structural issues, providing recommendations for necessary repairs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep records of maintenance and repair work performed.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the coordination of outsourced civil works when needed.<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<br \/>\n\u2022 Trade Certificate in Civil\/Building Construction, Masonry, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools relevant to civil works.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.<br \/>\n\u2022 Valid driver&#8217;s license (advantageous but not mandatory).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp;
