Risk Management system in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and in accordance to Client needs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily audits on services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustained<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the management of projects and provide technical support, where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on services rendered<\/li>\n<li>Explore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA<\/li>\n<li>Building strategic relationships both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff performance &amp; facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance &amp; providing required coaching, support &amp; feedback<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance &amp; conflicts within subordinate employees &amp; effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring &amp; development of subordinate employees<\/li>\n<li>Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><em><strong>The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>NQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification<\/li>\n<li>Matric (Senior Certificate)<\/li>\n<li>Valid SA Drivers License<\/li>\n<li>3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management &amp; Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management<\/li>\n<li>MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project &amp; MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRP<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nFUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiative\/Proactivity<\/li>\n<li>Deadline Driven &amp;
