We are opening a Distribution Center in Modderfontein and are looking for experienced and knowledgeable staff.<\/p>\n<p>We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced person in the automotive aftermarket at a new warehouse in Modderfontein.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a well-organised, professional Admin Clerk with attention to detail. The position requires you to work Monday through\u00a0Friday and every alternate Saturday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before the opening of the warehouse:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Initially, you will assist Human Resources with the administration of recruitment, arranging interviews, and the meet and greet of interviewees<\/li>\n<li>Assist with odd tasks while we establish the new warehouse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the opening of the warehouse:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Daily cash up and reconciliation of payments<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile and report daily takings<\/li>\n<li>Banking<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and report any irregularities in sales, payments, or credits<\/li>\n<li>Administer and replenish petty cash<\/li>\n<li>Fulfil limited Debtors function and coordinate with the Head Office Debtors department<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of account information by liaising with Head Office (data errors, change of names, addresses, contact information, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and maintain a high standard of recordkeeping and filing<\/li>\n<li>Assisting Branch Management with ad hoc tasks as required<\/li>\n<li>Relieving Cash &amp;
