The role also renders additional ad hoc support services as required within the function.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-format=\"autorelaxed\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"5167572988\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nIn addition to supporting the general training delivery team, the role may also support the below activities:<\/p>\n<p>Consolidate learner agreements for SETA registration purposes<br \/>\nEnsure learner agreement accuracy before submission to the SETA<br \/>\nEnsure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training records in the LMS system<br \/>\nParticipate in internal and external audits<br \/>\nLiaise with the Divisional Team<br \/>\nLiaise with the SETA<br \/>\nAssist in SETA Project Coordination<br \/>\nManage the training material ordering process<br \/>\nConducing of Training Needs Analysis<br \/>\nConduct training to the organization<br \/>\nAdhoc administrative duties<br \/>\nJob Advert Details<br \/>\nJob CategoryHuman ResourcesJob Objectives<br \/>\nEmployee Centric Delivery<\/p>\n<p>Providing administrative support across relevant People function according to People policies and procedures.<br \/>\nAdhering to legislative as required by the functional role.<br \/>\nEscalating concerns or challenges immediately to ensure an efficient flow of work is maintained.<br \/>\nCo-ordinating the resolution of queries related to the relevant People function, often communicating on behalf of others and delivering messages to third parties.<br \/>\nCompiling and updating documents as required.<br \/>\nCapturing, loading and processing relevant documents.<br \/>\nMaintaining filing and recording all required administration on systems for reference and auditing purposes.<br \/>\nMaking use of official templates and systems for correspondence, memo and related administrative activities.<br \/>\nUpdating and maintaining People data in accordance with data standards.<br \/>\nConducting general office and\/or functional specific administration.<br \/>\nCapturing and managing orders in the relevant systems where relevant within the function.<br \/>\nReceiving stationery and supplying stationery as per order within the People function.<br \/>\nMaintaining stock levels and timeously place orders when required and relevant within the function.<br \/>\nLiaising with external third parties if required in terms of the People processes within functional area.<br \/>\nOngoing screening of incoming correspondence and addressing according to level of priority for and within the relevant People function. Participating in projects and other adhoc activities like orientating new employees within the first week of joining, compiling lists of stakeholders etc.<br \/>\nEnsuring work is completed according to the sequence required and agreed prioritization.<br \/>\nLiaise with third party service providers.<br \/>\nSubmitting of invoices for payment.<br \/>\nPreparation of travel claims for payments.<br \/>\nBooking of accommodation for Learners and Trainers<br \/>\nPeople (Self, Team &amp; Organizational)<\/p>\n<p>Participating in and aligning with the People team to deliver solutions and services to the business.<br \/>\nParticipating in various team activities that foster an innovative, agile and employee centric culture where employees are supported, empowered and valued.<br \/>\nParticipating in various team activities that foster a wellness culture to ensure that the team mentally, physically and emotionally feels supported.<br \/>\nParticipating in the enablement of a culture of open and transparent communication within the team.<br \/>\nFinancial, Reporting &amp; (beneficial).<br \/>\nGrade 12, National Senior Certificate &#8211; (essential).<br \/>\n+1 year in an HR administrative or HR Assistant role with exposure to various aspects of the HR employee lifecycle \u2013 delivering HR administration, HR support and Assistant HR service delivery functions or equivalent role &#8211; (essential).<br \/>\nExperience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar &#8211; (preferred).<br \/>\nExperience<br \/>\nDiploma in Administration or equivalent &#8211; (beneficial).<br \/>\nGrade 12, National Senior Certificate &#8211; (essential).<br \/>\nExposure to training delivery or facilitation is beneficial.<br \/>\nKnowledge and Skills<br \/>\n+2 Years\u2019 experience in an administrative role with exposure to Training Delivery &#8211; (essential).<br \/>\nExperience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar &#8211; (preferred).<br \/>\nPrevious training experience as a Trainer.<br \/>\nPrior working experience with Learnership\/ Skills Programs &#8211;
