you are prepared for a challenge and want to build something great.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Your responsibilities will include<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Franchise Management &#8211; Independent Contract (IC) Drivers<\/u>\u00a0&#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct in field Driver Shifting Inspection Audits in accordance with the compliance standard operating procedure (SOP) documents;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in field Driver Vehicle Inspection Audits in accordance with the compliance standard operating procedure (SOP) documents;<\/li>\n<li>Remove Drivers from shift if they are non-compliant and fail the inspection audits conducted;<\/li>\n<li>Report the results of the inspection audits to the Hub Owners, Hub Managers and Franchise Management Team, detailing areas of focus for attention and corrective behavior;<\/li>\n<li>Report on repeat offenders and institute corrective actions and re-training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Pick N Pay Takealot Pickup Point (TPP)<\/u>\u00a0&#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Escalate issues experienced during day-to-day operations;<\/li>\n<li>Weekly support visits to support improved business operations &#8211; act as a consultant to the Pick N Pay Store management to drive business success;<\/li>\n<li>Driving the company policies, procedures and brand standards through regular auditing processes;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and measuring branch performance and productivity against Service Level Agreement\u2019s (SLA\u2019s) through system checks and reports;<\/li>\n<li>Presenting solutions to solve problems to help drive the momentum and success of the Pick N Pay Takealot Pickup Point customer service offering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>General<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate reports on your findings in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Equivalent);<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and report on trends in your areas;<\/li>\n<li>Hold review meetings with the appropriate\/respective management team;<\/li>\n<li>Review applicable SOP\u2019s as they become due for review;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance with regards to the applicable SOP\u2019s;<\/li>\n<li>Meet Audit KPI\u2019s;<\/li>\n<li>Support Franchise Managers and Food Compliance Coordinators who are performing audits of their practice in the normal course of their duties;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure processing, compliance and administration duties are completed accurately and timeously;<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for matters and work assigned tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct housekeeping audits and any other audits that may be assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to skills;<\/li>\n<li>Have a keen eye and attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work under pressure,being able to manage high workloads from time to time;<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to think outside of the box and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>Must be a solutions-oriented and attention to detail individual \u2013 qualitatively (written SOP\u2019s and email structure) and quantitatively (charts and tables);<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking, using data to interpret and make informed decisions that are pragmatic and operationally practical;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present ideas succinctly, both in writing and verbally;<\/li>\n<li>Versatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, but also maintain a focus on ranked priorities with the highest strategic impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum qualification and experience requirements<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric (Grade 12)<\/li>\n<li>NQF Level 4\/ Diploma advantages<\/li>\n<li>1-2 Years\u2019 experience in a supervisory role within a Franchise business and\/or hospitality industry<\/li>\n<li>Previous operational auditing experience will be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Must be competent in Microsoft Office or Google Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>The working
