Then this position has been specially crafted for you.<\/p>\n<p>PURPOSE OF THE POSITION<\/p>\n<p>To act as the interface between the various business stakeholders and internal solution delivery teams in order to optimize business processes and solution deployment to execute business strategy.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-format=\"autorelaxed\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9040931780721427\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"5167572988\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Continuous improvement of business processes to prepare for future initiatives that align with<\/p>\n<p>strategic objectives<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Understand business landscape (including business processes and technologies) and make<\/p>\n<p>recommendations for continuous improvement<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Align processes with strategic initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Validate, manage and prioritize change requests from business stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Document and continuously maintain processes using business process modeling methodologies<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Present ideas to both business stakeholders and solution delivery teams<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Research and benchmark business processes with current industry best practices<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Manage and build relationships with relevant stakeholders<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Provide input towards project initiatives and documentation when required at various stages<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Document and manage roll out of initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Manage and monitor project deliverables and performance<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Manage and track the status of requirements and review projects following completion<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Ad hoc projects<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 col-xs-12 spacing\"><span class=\"jobdetails-labels\">Requirements<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-12 col-sm-12 col-xs-12 spacing\">\n<p>JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf BA Bachelor&#8217;s degree with Analytical\/ Commercial\/ Information Systems\/ Technology\/Engineering<\/p>\n<p>subjects<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf IIBA or Formal accredited qualification\/ certificate\/ Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI) is highly desirable<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Experience in a Retail or Supply Chain environment will be an advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Project Management experience will be advantageous<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Knowledge and understanding of business process modeling and business architecture<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Knowledge and understanding of business process management suites\/platforms<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Knowledge of Google-Suite software advantages<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf Competencies: Organizational sensitivity, Drive, Negotiating, Directing, Results orientated, Analyzing<\/p>\n<p>and forming opinions.
