Boxer Superstores is seeking a Sales Representative with at least 3 years of informal trade door-to-door sales experience in supplying groceries to Spaza Shops and local vendors to join our growing team. You will be canvassing and selling baskets of groceries to all townships across KZN. If you have a passion for sales, thrive in a challenging environment, and are eager to make a mark in the industry, read on!<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\nMinimum skills and experience:<\/p>\n<p>Proven track record and a minimum of 3 years&#8217; sales experience in Cash &amp; Carry, Wholesale, and informal trading is non-negotiable.<br \/>\nBackground in door-to-door sales with a track record of success<br \/>\nIntermediate level proficiency in IT software for order management and reporting<br \/>\nStrong negotiation skills.<br \/>\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br \/>\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with rural market dynamics.<br \/>\nMinimum Matric qualification.<br \/>\nValid driver\u2019s license<br \/>\nAbility to travel extensively across all townships in the coastal regions<br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Territory Coverage: Travel into rural areas (townships) in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) to engage with multi-national informal independent retailers and spaza shops.<br \/>\nCold-Calling: Utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively cold-call and build relationships with potential clients.<br \/>\nDoor-to-Door Selling: Leverage your door-to-door sales experience to promote and sell our high-quality grocery staples baskets.<br \/>\nSales Management: Implement and manage call cycles to maximise sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.<br \/>\nRetail Expertise: Proven sales experience in Cash &amp; Carry, Wholesale, multi-national informal independent retailers and spaza shops.<br \/>\nJoin our team and become a key player in shaping the success of our business while enjoying the excitement of daily travel in either the coastal or inland region.
