and service information<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving tasks during shift<\/li>\n<li>Handle and take full responsibility for customer-related queries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Key Competencies and Skills<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have a mechanical background in vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem analysis and problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Stress tolerance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Further requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2
