Including, driving initiatives and projects with different stakeholders to deliver required synergies without compromising the quality of our products, safety of our people, and the perception of our consumers.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Key roles and responsibilities:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Owner of the Cash Flow monthly Business Cycle for the BU:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform overall review of Cash Flow at month-end to understand performance variances (positive and negative) across all lines of the statement vs different versions of budget.<\/li>\n<li>Build Latest Estimate (LE) process for the BU monthly for submission to Global. Collate risks and determine if any opportunity to save\u00a0 are bankable.<\/li>\n<li>Understand reasons for savings and have the capacity to explain them clearly to senior leadership. Prepare month cash flow deck for presentation to VP Finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Owner of Cash Flow yearly Business cycle for the BU. Develop 1YP and budget base assumptions:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Combine actual performance and benchmarks with planned initiatives to build base assumptions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and continuously improve model at a comprehensive level of detail.<\/li>\n<li>Link business KPIs expected evolution to financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Track major project initiatives and report impacts to 1YP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Responsible for Core Working Capital &#8211; Cash Flow Management, in alignment with:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement &amp; Leads from the other functions for DPO.<\/li>\n<li>Accounts Receivables &amp; Revenue Management Leads for DSO.<\/li>\n<li>Logistics &amp; Inventories Leads for DIO.<\/li>\n<li>Lead Cash Flow deliverables with different stakeholders such as BU Functional Owners and Procurement Teams at the BU Level.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the execution of Cash Flow in the BU i.e. policies localization and revision, initiatives tracking, tracking monitoring responsibilities, etc<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall delivery of BU Cash flow initiatives with Finance Director, Package Owners and Entity Owners.<\/li>\n<li>Identify Best Practice and share in-BU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Key attributes and competencies: <\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and model development skills, with a self-learning and curious attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Capability to constructively interact with and challenge senior colleagues in the different countries\/Business Units.<\/li>\n<li>Change management skills to support significant process changes that affect a major portion of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills with all levels in the organization (Global and BU Levels).<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel internationally as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a bachelor&#8217;s degree and equivalent experience. CA, CIMA or MBA strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>3-4 years&#8217; experience in business environment; + years&#8217; experience managing people<\/li>\n<li>Business processes knowledge including strategy and finance strongly preferred. Proficient in understanding accounting and financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
