Now\u2019s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.<b>Are you someone who has experience in:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To <b>partner with the business in the provision of financial expertise and advice and develop supporting processes that continuously enhance the delivery of financial services<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>CA(SA) with 2 years post articles experience<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be a <b>business partner within the marketing space<\/b><\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be <b>overseeing finance operations<\/b> e.g. procurement<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be responsible for <b>statutory and management reporting<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with stakeholders in the provision of financial insights and guidance into the operational and general decision making and debates.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and coach behaviours that ensure a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor the applications and effectiveness of the business&#8217;s financial information systems.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the budget preparation and manage the process throughout the budget period in accordance with guidelines and assumptions. Monitor and report variance analysis to support decision making and guide management in taking corrective action on budget variances.<\/li>\n<li>Record, interrogate and manage costs with associated drivers in the production, analysis and use of information for decision-making in the business.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and apply relevant principles to accurately record, adjust and reconcile financial transactions and events.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate supporting documentation according to professional financial accounting and reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and report on the business&#8217;s operations and financial conditions.
