2 years compliance review \/ audit experience within a financial services \/ retail environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ideal:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 in compliance or oversight function would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in project coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Qualifications (Minimum)<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 National Certificate \/ Vocational<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant tertiary qualification in Risk and Compliance or Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Knowledge<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Minimum:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of legislation applicable to financial institutions e.g Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), FIC Act, Financial Markets Act (FMA)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of relevant anti money laundering and combating of terrorist financing legislation and international standards.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of CDD requirements<\/li>\n<li>Office administration processes<\/li>\n<li>Project coordination principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ideal:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of cross border remittances would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Foreign exchange principles<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory risk<\/li>\n<li>Compliance practitioner accreditation<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory reporting<\/li>\n<li>Document Control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Skills<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Communications Skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal &amp;
