As part of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework implementation, provide 2nd line oversight over all aspects relating to Risk Management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Experience<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>10yrs+ risk management in a senior role overseeing a large organizational unit preferably in a financial institution or bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a risk specialist in a leadership role\n<ul>\n<li>Industry experience of at least 6 years with banking regulations, capital markets, technology risks and public policy<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of using influence and relationships to drive and achieve objectives<\/li>\n<li>Experience of strategically leading, planning and managing risk initiatives across a large organisation<\/li>\n<li>Alignment of metrics, reporting and tactical objectives with strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply risk expertise to creative and effective applications<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory liaison and engagements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Qualifications (Minimum)<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant post-graduate qualification in Risk and Compliance or Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Knowledge<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of Risk life cycle\/value chain<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of Risk Management best practice and regulatory frameworks\/requirements<\/li>\n<li>Commercial, business and financial principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Building and developing effective teams<\/li>\n<li>Risk management systems<\/li>\n<li>Business knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Governance and Risk Management principles<\/li>\n<li>Business products, processes, policies and systems<\/li>\n<li>Quality principles and practice<\/li>\n<li>Process-oriented management<\/li>\n<li>Internal risk metrics and approaches<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance Frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Skills<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Thinking Skills<\/li>\n<li>Decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal &amp;
