We are a passionate, innovative, and entrepreneurial organization committed to excellence, collaboration, transparency, respect, and inspiration.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dynamic-card\">\n<h5><b>Job description<\/b><\/h5>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the annual budget planning process for assigned regions and departments.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct variance analysis for Regional Commercial and Marketing Management accounts, providing solutions to prevent deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop &#8220;what-if&#8221; costing models for new customer opportunities and product pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage pricing, trading terms compliance, and profitability for customers, channels, and products.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare management accounts and financial reports, and participate in commercial reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance and cost management.<\/li>\n<li>Perform month-end reconciliations, budget forecasting, and order management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"dynamic-card\">\n<h5><b>Minimum requirements<\/b><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What skills &amp; competencies do I require for this opportunity?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.
