The role will be based in Randfontein and will report to the SHE Manager.<\/p>\n<p>The successful incumbent will be responsible for the security and safety of site, including the management of security personnel. Responsible for incoming\/outgoing trucks\/product, including checking product, weight and correct invoicing.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\nMust have Grade 12 and Security Officer Grade.<\/p>\n<p>Must have Tertiary qualification in Criminology, Law, Security Management or similar.<\/p>\n<p>SAMTRAC \/ NEBOSH \/ HIRA qualification an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Specialist security related training such as alarm &amp; CCTV technician, strike &amp; riot control and similar verifiable training will be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience as Security Supervision.<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum 5 years Security Supervisor experience.<\/p>\n<p>Working knowledge of MS Office.<\/p>\n<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nSupervise security officers.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure correct number of guards on site.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure regular site patrol is done and verifying security patrol reports.<\/p>\n<p>Follow up on all irregularities reported by security officers.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure immediate and corrective action is taken.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure continuous and authorized access of incoming and outgoing vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Assist security officers in identifying irregularities on trucks and take corrective action.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all documents are submitted when raw materials are off loaded and issue exit permits as POD\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure continuous identification of all drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Liaise with weighbridge wrt to underweight\/overweight of truck prior to them exiting the premises.<\/p>\n<p>Correct and timeous invoicing of both grocery\/raw material trucks\/loads.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible First Aid representative on site.<\/p>\n<p>Complete IOD forms and transport patients to hospital if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Identify and report safety hazards and conduct safety inspections.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure Artisans are called out for breakdowns.<\/p>\n<p>Provide support for front desk security clerk responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rcl.erecruit.co\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/RCL250527-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply Here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Security Shift Supervisor Details Closing Date 2025\/06\/06 Reference Number RCL250527-2 CompanyRCL FoodsJob TitleSecurity Shift SupervisorFunctionsSHEQJob Type ClassificationPermanentLocation &#8211;
