Stock Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Stock Ordering<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place orders with factories and other suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on orders<\/li>\n<li>Manage deliveries, delivery dates and stock upon arrival<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock order volumes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Stock Receiving<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive ordered stock<\/li>\n<li>Report delivery shortfalls, and damages<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on non-received stock<\/li>\n<li>Capture received stock on Meat Matrix<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Stock controlling<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily stock levels reporting<\/li>\n<li>Run stock depletion\u00a0 reports- cashiers<\/li>\n<li>Balance off with stock receiving<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock levels threshold<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock shrinkage: stock losses\/damages\/dumpings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store cleanliness including, but not limited to all floors, bathrooms, office spaces, passageways, isles, packing areas, chillers, freezers, cashier till points and Deli (Hot Foods) area.<\/li>\n<li>Always maintain high level of HACCP standards throughout the store.<\/li>\n<li>Observe OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety) hazards and abide by the rules and resulations of the Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Employee Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee Recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding and Induction of new employees<\/li>\n<li>Training and Development<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations (Discipline in the workplace)<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Employee Wellness<\/li>\n<li>Employee Motivation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Store Organisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display of prodcuts on the the shelf and create attravtive displays at key points in the store ex: check-out ques.<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with the merchandising material available from suppliers and ensure employees are familiar with all in-store (current) promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Re-arrangement of store shelves and products<\/li>\n<li>Managing of non-moving items and display areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Cash Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and assist with daily cash ups.<\/li>\n<li>Minimise cash losses<\/li>\n<li>Manage picking up and dropping off of cash in the store<\/li>\n<li>Manage cash on ATM<\/li>\n<li>Manage safety of cash movement within the store<\/li>\n<li>Manage and keep the safe secure and locked at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Create a store that meets local needs by building an understanding of customer-product preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and analyse customer complaints to get insights for improvement of customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Be the custodian of customer experience and lead brand loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Responding to customer complaints and comments promptly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Scan and analyse customer environment, purchasing patterns and initiate activities that will influence customer behaviour including attracting new and retain existing customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7.
