obtain off-site check out on job cards, as per Client &amp; Company requirements<\/li>\n<li>Deliver planned &amp; reactive maintenance service covering full hard FM spectrum on Plumbing installations &amp; minor building works<\/li>\n<li>Undertake daily reactive maintenance tasks as given by the Supervisor, attend to leakages &amp; blocked drains &amp; performing general plumbing duties<\/li>\n<li>Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client &amp; Company requirements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct maintenance on plumbing equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification<\/li>\n<li>Perform inspection of facility, plumbing equipment on site, identify areas of risk &amp; report back for rectification<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA &amp; job plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality of work &amp; timeous completion of all field requests<\/li>\n<li>Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor &amp; Client on restoration of operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA &amp; job plans<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential problems or hazards on Client equipment for investigation, evaluation &amp; resolution<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality of work &amp; timeous completion of all field request<\/li>\n<li>Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor &amp; Client on restoration of operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em>The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (Technical Matric advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum N3 &#8211; N6 in Plumbing<\/li>\n<li>Trade Test &#8211; Plumbing<\/li>\n<li>2 years mining industry expereince<\/li>\n<li>Valid SA Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<li>3 years in trade with experience in plumbing equipment maintenance and digital control systems<\/li>\n<li>Training on hand tools, electrical and mechanical equipment<\/li>\n<li>MS Word, MS Excel &amp;
