shop fitting, repair doors, locks, handles, windows; replace ceiling and<\/li>\n<li>carpet tiles; general paint work<\/li>\n<li>Carry out minor repairs and service on all plumbing related equipment as per SLA<\/li>\n<li>Perform tier 1 inspections and repairs on all air-con related equipment<\/li>\n<li>Carry out inspections and report back on all fire &amp; access equipment; fire-extinguishers, hose reels, fire-hydrants, fire-detectors &amp; access control equipment<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Artisan with major repairs and services<\/li>\n<li>Provide constant feedback to the Facilities Manager\/Service Manager\/Building Manager \/Resource Co-ordinator on restoration status of operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS \/ REQUIREMENTS \/ KNOWLEDGE \/ SKILLS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The Applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric (Senior Certificate)<\/li>\n<li>N3 Technical (Electrical\/Mechanical)<\/li>\n<li>Valid SA Drivers License<\/li>\n<li>3 years relevant experience in Handyman maintenance tasks<\/li>\n<li>Mining industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Basic training on hand tools, electrical and mechanical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of OHS Act &amp; ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems<\/li>\n<li>Relevant on-site training (SOP training, HIRA, Fatigue management)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>FUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiative\/Proactivity<\/li>\n<li>Deadline Driven &amp;
