In this role, you will assist the HR Officer and Recruitment Officer with daily tasks related to time &amp; attendance, payroll, HR liaison, and recruitment. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions within the new distribution centre, while supporting our broader business processes.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\nEducation: Grade 12, with a Higher Certificate, Diploma or Degree in HR (preferred).<\/p>\n<p>Experience: Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll is beneficial but not essential.<\/p>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Office, PRP systems, and general HR processes<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Excel<br \/>\nAbility to meet deadlines and manage time effectively<br \/>\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal<br \/>\nUnderstanding of HR policies and procedures, including time &amp; attendance and leave policies<br \/>\nAbility to build relationships and work effectively within a team.<br \/>\nCompetencies:<\/p>\n<p>Problem-solving and analytical thinking<br \/>\nTeamwork and collaboration<br \/>\nEthical behavior and organizational awareness<br \/>\nPlanning and organizing skills<br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<br \/>\nTime &amp; Attendance: Ensure accurate recording of attendance, leave, overtime, and clocking reports.
