Head Office ,Cape Town<\/h2>\n<p>Application close: July 11, 2025, 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong><u>Desired Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/u><\/strong><\/b><b><strong>:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, or relevant qualification.<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 4 years of experience in a relevant generalist role.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Sage 300.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of respective labour laws, relevant to our business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of CCMA procedures relevant to Conciliation processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/b><b><strong>:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer HR\/ payroll reports:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Distribution of new appointments and terminations to allow deductions.<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Administer dashboard report and drawing of employee profile for all companies off the payroll system.<\/p>\n<p>o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure month-end capturing is complete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the HR Manager in providing guidance to HODs, specifically the Operations Department, with regards to fair and just disciplinary action as per our Code of Conduct and HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing relevant CCMA paperwork and attending to Conciliation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the HR team in the absence of the HR Manager.<\/li>\n<li>On request, visit our stores to assist the HR Manager with regards to legislative compliance, resolving potential grievances, adherence to HR policies and procedures, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Recruitment and Selection process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong><u>Skills and attributes<\/u><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team, whilst applying own initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Positive energy and synergy, collaborative, supportive and capable of inspiring and motivating others.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude for personal development.<\/li>\n<li>Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Closing date for all entries will be at 4.00pm on Friday, 11 July 2025<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazystore.co.za\/careers\/hr-officer-head-office-cape-town-166\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply Here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>HR Officer &#8211;
