document<\/li>\n<li>Minimum experience requirements:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4+ years\u2019 experience in FOH or restaurant management.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bakery or restaurant experience in a similar industry is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience on a Point of Sales System<\/li>\n<li>Experience with stock control, stock count and resolving stock discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial management and analytical skills, with an understanding of working within budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.<\/li>\n<li>Management of staff, rosters, training, and other HR related duties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Matric \/ Grade 12 qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Completed Diploma in Hotel or Food &amp; Beverage Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A creative mindset that can adapt to constant change and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Own Transport and valid driver\u2019s license is advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Clean Criminal and credit record<\/li>\n<li>Contactable references<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a Halaal food environment would be an
