works well with others, able to motivate a complex team with diverse skills<\/li>\n<li>Focused, self-motivated and target driven; determined to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter able to initiate new projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of systems, electrical and mechanical components<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills, both planning and document control<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of complex automation projects<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge, and experience with, PLC implementation and programming (Siemens preferred)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering qualification &#8211;
