window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide support to the Group Procurement Manager in managing and executing purchasing operations<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the administration for the procurement of goods and services, maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring that the procurement processes adhere to company policies and legal standards<\/li>\n<li>Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meetings and managing correspondence related to procurement activities<\/li>\n<li>Supplier credit applications, manage supplier credit application process from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Data capturing for reporting<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, delivery and quality of goods and services<\/li>\n<li>Support the procurement team with administrative work when negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Help in capturing data to evaluate supplier performance and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Assist recording and building a database for the analysis of market trends and supplier performance to support strategic procurement decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the procurement database and records are accurate and up to date<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or any related field)<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant or in a similar role (ideally within procurement or the supply chain environment)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain
