KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain master data sheet by GL Account updated monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust forecast for financial implication of changes in operation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide commentary for variances between actual, budget, forecast, prior forecast &amp; prior year actual.<\/li>\n<li>Finalize reallocations &amp; accruals for outstanding expenses for the month &amp; flex in line with changes.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate trends, deviations from trends &amp; anomalies.<\/li>\n<li>Present to respective plants Senior Managers, General Manager and area Vice President<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential efficiency improvements in each operation.<\/li>\n<li>Track progress made on KPA\u2019s highlighting actions taken, problems encountered, and results achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Support management with ad hoc requests for information or analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<ul>\n<li>NQF 6 (360 Credits), Degree or Diploma in Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years in relevant Management and Financial Accounting\/Costing experience preferably in a\u00a0manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to operate and interact at management levels.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer literacy \u2013 MS Office Proficiency and Power BI (Essential)<\/li>\n<li>Good business acumen and time management (Advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and Management Accounting principles (Essential)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p
