This includes checks and inspections to identify maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 General maintenance repairs including electrical, plumbing and small building related repairs on all AVBOB Western Cape facilities.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Assist and report to the Foreman \uf0b7 General Assistance in order to complete all building related maintenance activities.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Movement (portage) of good and materials.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Collection of material from suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Manage and maintain own toolbox.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Manage and maintain work ad store areas.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Cleaning of premises after maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Perform work according to Head Office job cards issued under the instruction of the Foreman.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Adherence to all occupational health and safety requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Cleaning of premises after work completed.
