experience in sales; driver salesman experience beneficial.<br \/>\nSkills<\/p>\n<p>Verbal and written communication.<br \/>\nComputer literacy and report writing.<br \/>\nInterpersonal, logical, and analytical thinking.<br \/>\nDecision-making and negotiation.<br \/>\nPresentation, facilitation, and organizational awareness.<br \/>\nCompetencies<\/p>\n<p>Be brilliant at the basics.<br \/>\nFace the brutal facts.<br \/>\nSmash the silos.<br \/>\nLead with integrity, respect, and energy.<br \/>\nBe curious and challenge change.<br \/>\nTake accountability for results and people.<br \/>\nDuties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nEnsure efficient and cost-effective product distribution<\/p>\n<p>Ensure driver teams deliver according to mapped and optimised routes<br \/>\nEnsure all new and old customers are plotted on the GPS system<br \/>\nEnsure orders are geared towards improving truck utilisation and loaves\/km<br \/>\nEnsure delivery teams invoices correspond with loading list before vehicle leaves bakery<br \/>\nEnsure balancing of orders placed, delivered and returned<\/p>\n<p>Monitor driver orders for informal trade customers daily<br \/>\nMonitor and track returns daily<br \/>\nCraft and action plans to drastically improve returns<br \/>\nSubmit sales figures from drivers daily<\/p>\n<p>Ensure driver teams\u2019 sales are in line with sales targets<br \/>\nSource and distribute of key trade intelligence<br \/>\nProvide actionable plans for improvements and combating competitor activities<br \/>\nEnsure the capturing and allocation of all customer details<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all customer details and classifications are loaded correctly on new accounts and are correctly listed on existing accounts<br \/>\nEnsure driver competency and delivery time management<\/p>\n<p>Support, train, discipline and lead the driver &amp;
