\/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion of payment;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers &amp; identify potential suppliers based on project requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier evaluation and selection;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the complete contract life cycle from Creation, Collaboration, Signing, Tracking, Renewal and Closure;<\/li>\n<li>Receive feedback and monitor the supplier lead time and quality of services provided;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing and work out a strategy to ensure best pricing and quality to be supplied to FlySafair;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise actively with the Technical department heads to understand the needs across the Technical department;<\/li>\n<li>Review requests for Quotations (RFQs) and monitor all delivery timelines are met and to ensure a &gt;98% OTIF;<\/li>\n<li>Manage accurate records for all procurement activities;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial and quality Audits;<\/li>\n<li>Accurately track and report key functional metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughly examine and test existing contracts to ensure maximum contract value on agreed contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Together with the Warehouse manager, monitor Consignment stock and report back to suppliers and Management;<\/li>\n<li>Provide input into the Annual Budget and future capacity requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall Performance of Contract Obligations and the effectiveness of the Contract;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on the total Value of Contract and ensure price competiveness;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the compliance rate and is accountable for the Purchase Order accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full procurement team and their performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12;<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>5+ years Procurement experience of which, must include 3 years managerial experience;<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of previous Contract Management;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Procurement procedures and best practices;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls;<\/li>\n<li>Aviation experience (preferred);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAM AMO system (advantageous);<\/li>\n<li>Qlickview experience (Advantageous).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent
