class=\"job-spec-value\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee Simulator sessions, training, and facility management;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the availability of classrooms;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the Quality manual and ensure adherence to its guidelines;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily, monthly, annual checks are all carried out on the simulator;<\/li>\n<li>Routinely review the Simulator documentation and its condition between maintenance intervals;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with service providers as needed for maintenance and procurement of simulator parts;<\/li>\n<li>Securely maintaining documentation for Simulator ride checks;<\/li>\n<li>Managing IOS\/QTG and collaborating with IOS SIM devices;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Simulator compliance and assisting SACAA during audits;<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in delivering Technical courses;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external third parties as may be required;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular basic Maintenance on the simulator;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring operational and functional compliance with regulatory requirements for the Simulator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric (Grade 12);<\/li>\n<li>Fully computer literate and knowledge of MS Office;<\/li>\n<li>Passion for Administration and excellent Administrative Skills;<\/li>\n<li>Be able to generate reports;<\/li>\n<li>Able to multitask and keep everything organized;<\/li>\n<li>Having a good understanding of CAA regulations and staying current with Part 60 of the regulations will be advantageous;<\/li>\n<li>Train-the-Trainer qualified;<\/li>\n<li>Instructor rating Grade 2 or 3 will be advantageous.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong Administrative abilities;<\/li>\n<li>Well-groomed;<\/li>\n<li>Disciplined;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work irregular hours;<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude;<\/li>\n<li>High level of responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant personality;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with a team;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal
