window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<li>Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations and procedures as and when required;<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers when there are flight disruptions and\/or cancellations;<\/li>\n<li>Handle and safeguard of confidential information;<\/li>\n<li>Address any complaints in a professional and timeous manner;<\/li>\n<li>Escalate any problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty;<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional Customer service at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12;<\/li>\n<li>Airport experience and ticket sales within an aviation concern;<\/li>\n<li>Able and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts, as and when required;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and understanding of a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of delivering great customer service;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal command of the English language including proper phone etiquette;<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Punctual;<\/li>\n<li>High degree of patience and assertiveness;<\/li>\n<li>Trustworthy, professional and reliable, including dealing with confidential information;<\/li>\n<li>Immaculate timekeeping;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work well under
