provide business management data to customers in order to improve spend<br \/>\nKeep continuous record of customer contact details and schedule of contacts.<br \/>\nEnsure distribution of MAN related parts through all sectors of the trade and customer base.<br \/>\nAssist with all stock counts, stand by duties and stand in for the Parts Counter Salesman.<br \/>\nEnsure all customer queries are resolved and where necessary reported to the Parts Manager.<br \/>\nActively promote all parts promotions and sales campaigns.<br \/>\nPromote and sell MAN parts, products to customers and identify areas to improve customer spend.<br \/>\nMaintain and update the STM system as and when required.<br \/>\nJob Requirements<br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.<br \/>\nSkills:<\/p>\n<p>Work independently though being a team player.<br \/>\nGood communication (oral and written) &amp; interpersonal relations skills.<br \/>\nWork well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.<br \/>\nPro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.<br \/>\nCustomer focused with a results driven approach.<br \/>\nExcellent administrative and organizational skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work on standby.<br \/>\nComputer Literate.<br \/>\nTarget Driven.<br \/>\nCode EB drivers licence.<br \/>\nExperience:<\/p>\n<p>Experience within commercial part sales with the ability to meet sales and margin targets &#8211;
