experience :<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Grade 12 qualification<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre &#8211; selling long term insurance (with targets attached to the sales)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Knowledge and skills :<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-list\">\n<li>Good understanding of Financial Services Industry related legislation and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of sales processes and servicing industry<\/li>\n<li>Outbound Sales experience is required<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and one other South African official language<\/li>\n<li>A clear criminal and credit record<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit &amp;
