These tasks can include any one or<br \/>\nmore of Street Cleaning, Stacking, Sweeping, Lane Flushing, Carcass Removal and\/or Bin Deliveries.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2713 Street cleaning and sweeping.<br \/>\n\u2713 Clean all bins.<br \/>\n\u2713 Wear protective clothing at all times.<br \/>\n\u2713 Draw out the correct number of bags from the store and distribute them accordingly.<br \/>\n\u2713 Distribute bags to consumers according to services;<br \/>\n\u2713 Collect refuse bags and place them on the trolley for stacking.<br \/>\n\u2713 Clear all spillage when bag breakage occurs.<br \/>\n\u2713 Collect new\/replacement bins from central stores and load them on to the bin delivery truck.<br \/>\n\u2713 Offload new\/replacement refuse bins at place of delivery.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ensure that customers sign for the delivery and are issued with a copy of delivery receipt.<br \/>\n\u2713 Liaise with members of the public, service users and officials of other departments, ensuring prompt<br \/>\nresolution of complaints and queries.<br \/>\n\u2713 Report all incidences relating to safety, equipment and injuries to the team leader.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ensure daily tasks are completed.<br \/>\n\u2713 Perform any other tasks as may be delegated by the supervisor<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<br \/>\n\u2713 Grade 10.<br \/>\n\u2713 12 months cleaning\/ general work experience.<br \/>\n\u2713 No criminal record.<br \/>\n\u2713 Must be physically and mentally fit.<br \/>\n\u2713 Must be a South African residing within the City of Johannesburg.<br \/>\nKnowledge\/ Skills\/ Behaviors<br \/>\n\u2713 Knowledge of relevant company procedures.<br \/>\n\u2713 Understanding of relevant legislation.<br \/>\n\u2713 Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ability to follow instructions.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ability to prioritize and execute tasks as assigned.<br \/>\n\u2713 Ability to work both independently and in a team orientated environment.<br \/>\nParticulars of advert:<br \/>\nPlease take note that only online applications will be considered.
