This could include store visits, workshops in key stores or markets and trunk shows<\/li>\n<li>Empower field based executors of both our department\u2019s seasonal concepts and ongoing presentation standards to train and develop their own teams.<\/li>\n<li>Understand; communicate trends in terms of merchandising, visual display, and display styles<\/li>\n<li>Execute and monitor merchandise solutions, in line with the visual merchandising strategic objectives<\/li>\n<li>Appropriately interpreting visual display guidelines as determined by the company<\/li>\n<li>Build constructive relationships with the marketing and operations field departments<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and communicate solutions to maximize product performance through visual presentation to the regional manager and visual merchandise manager<\/li>\n<li>Implementing adequate control systems relating to visual standards<\/li>\n<li>Planning and prioritizing area activities (scheduling, sales and promotions)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and controlling the regional budgetary expenditure allocated<\/li>\n<li>Manage the visual elements and ensure world class visual merchandise standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the controlling and c-ordination of the distribution of all window and in-store visual equipment<\/li>\n<li>Training and developing the field and store employees to achieve the required visual standard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric, Higher Certificate or Diploma in Fashion\/ Marketing\/ Retail Management\/ Business (advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years Visual merchandise experience (essential)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years in-store Fashion retail experience (essential)<\/li>\n<li>Field\/ Roaming visual experience (desired)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years Fashion retail experience<\/li>\n<li>Valid drivers license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Skills: \u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Branding and Positioning<\/li>\n<li>Content Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Marketing Communications<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Metrics<\/li>\n<li>Media and Public Relations<\/li>\n<li>Digital Advertising<\/li>\n<li>Digital Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Digital Ecosystem Management<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Digital Literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Behaviours: \u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops plans and prioritises initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Understands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and people<\/li>\n<li>Assesses and improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of various work processes<\/li>\n<li>Quickly adapts and acquires new knowledge, skills, and competencies in a rapidly changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems<\/li>\n<li>Takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: 500;\" data-bind=\"i18n: 'job-details.employer-description-title'\">ABOUT US<\/h2>\n<p>Who we are is because of our people.
