We are now looking for a Hygiene Attendant to be based in Harrismith.<\/p>\n<p>In this role you will be responsible to ensure high hygienic standards in the department, compliance to Safety and Environment as well as 5S.<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>A day in the life of a Hygiene Attendant:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove waste from the processing area (Tipping \/ stripping area, LDE, Roller Dryer area, Drymix area, Filling and Packing area) according to the set work instruction to the designated area every morning.<\/li>\n<li>Empty, clean and maintain all the vacuum cleaners in the processing areas according to the set work instruction.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and maintain all the cleaning tools in the processing area according to the set work instruction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance GMP by conducting inspections on assigned areas.<\/li>\n<li>Check the status of the Air Handling Unit (Relative Humidity, Temperature, Differential Pressure) and clean the AHU unit\/room as per schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Supports safety programs by ensuring proper management of cleaning chemical &amp; disposal.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts \/ monitors safety aspects of all machines \/ equipment within the area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure food safety by supporting IPM plan (pest hunts, identifying SOC\/HTRP)<\/li>\n<li>Participates in TPM Activities<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties assigned from time to time by Team Leader\/ Food Safety Specialist.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and maintain the HH Cleaning and MH Cleaning rooms according to the set work instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Rework management (Collecting in the assigned areas, draining big bags, declaring rework).<\/li>\n<li>Printing and replacing production documents including archiving old documents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct deep cleaning during downtime and monitor 3rd party deep cleaning in your area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>What will make you successful?<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric with Maths &amp; Science<\/li>\n<li>1 year experience.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding basic microbiology.<\/li>\n<li>Understand all safety regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Harrismith, ZA<\/p>\n<p>Ready to take the next step?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobdetails.nestle.com\/job\/Harrismith-Hygiene-Attendant\/1079867801\/?feedId=256801&amp;utm_source=NestleCareers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply Here<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Hygiene Attendant Company:\u00a0Nestle,Harrismith Qualification:\u00a0\u00a0Matric with Maths and Science Experience:\u00a01 year experience.
